| Meeting to organize “face to face” talk with government |
 Kunduz Mediothek is preparing to organize a meeting of journalists and government authorities to discuss the options of having access to information especially from the government site.UNAMA office in northeast is assisting Mediothek in organizing this meeting. Journalists participated in the meeting conducted on 27 June 2010, exchanged views on the participants list and issues to be discussed upon in the meeting. The following three topics will be covered in the meeting: 1- lack of information flow, 2- security and safety of the journalists, 3- role of the local media on information dissemination, In addition to the topics above, the government side can also have their remarks and points on the improvement of their working relation with the journalists. Some of the participant journalists were assigned in a committee to discuss the aim and timing of the workshop with the government authorizes like the governor, chief of the police, NDS, ANA and other sector heads of departments in two weeks after this meeting. It was also agreed to invite the military and civilian head of PRT. UNAMA will coordinate meeting the government authorities. The following people participated in the meeting: 1.
